Every score on Empire Host Dispatch is earned on a real listing. We watch what it actually does when money is on the line. If we could not test it on real bookings, it does not get a score at all.
Nothing is scored from the outside. We run it on live listings through the messy parts — check-ins, cancellations, busy weekends — first.
The four things we score
- Time saved — 34%. Real hours back per week, measured against doing the job by hand.
- Reliability — 26%. How rarely it breaks, double-books or drops a message when it matters.
- Value — 24%. Whether the price is justified by the nights and hassle it saves.
- Setup — 16%. How long from sign-up to the first booking it actually handles for you.
Scores come from use, not press releases. If a provider will not let us test on live bookings, we simply do not rate it.
